TheHoly Trinity Peace Village Kuron willdraw up an operational implementationplan with specific objectives, detailed activities, targets and resources requiredfor implementation.On the basis of the operational plan resources for implementation of the plan will be mobilised.writingproposalstodevelopment partners, donors, and government of SouthSudanWork out annualwork planfor 3 years withtimelines and accountablepersonnelresourceswill be allocated and implementation carried out.The annual work plan ofeachyear will be broken down into quarterlyplans and be reviewed quarterlyand eventuallyannually.

Unfinishedtasks for a given year will be rolled over to the subsequent implementation year until all the tasks of the entire operational plan are accomplished.Capacityof management and staff will be strengthened to enableeffective and efficient implementation.Documentationof successes, challenges, best practices, lessons learntandimpacton thelives of the target community members will be given considerable attention.The improved documentation allows learningand sharing with other stakeholders for improved performance, futureprogramming,and replication of the bestpractices.Monitoringand Evaluationwill depend on the specific project outputandimpact

The tools to be used here will be: the Logical Framework; Output and Outcome Matrix.Monitoring the Cost PerformanceThe concern will be on cost effectiveness, financial discipline and value formoney, based onthe budgetofthis Plan and programme/project budgets to ensure that expenditures are within the budget lines and accountability procedures.
Monitoring and Evaluation Framework
The HTPVK will:Establish a comprehensive M&Esystem which allows effectivetracking and documentationof the progress and changes in implementation as well asbest practices and lessons learnt.Projectsitevisits by programme managementwill be feeding data and information to the main system for furtheranalysis.Data from reports and field visits will be used totrack progress towards the achievements of all components of the ImplementationPlan;Identify gaps and weaknesses in implementation;Provide abasis for taking corrective measures to deviations;Plan, prioritise, allocate and manage resources;Monitor the effect and impact of the operations of the Strategic Plan to the target beneficiaries.
