Jesus Speaks VeryClear about Judging
Matt. 7:1-51Judge not, that ye be not judged.2For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.3And whybeholdestthou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, butconsiderestnot the beam that is in thine own eye?4Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?5Thou hypocrite,firstcastout the beam out of thine owneye(CLEAN UP YOUR OWN HOUSE)—FIRST);and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother's eye.
Matt. 7:1-5 NKJVDo Not Judge7 “Judge not, that you be not judged.2For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.3And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye?4Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plankisin your own eye?5Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
The kind of forbidden judgment, is harsh ,cruel ..when one fails to Consider himself FIRST.John 7:2424Judge not according to the appearance, butjudge righteous judgment

Our own forgiveness is dependent upon ourForgiveness of others
Clean Up Your Own House - FIRST!!!! If you areUnwilling to forgive others, You will never beForgiven by God. Consider what Jesus said:
Matt. 6:1212And forgive us our debts,aswe forgive our debtorsMatt. 6:14 .14Forifye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:15Butifye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.Clean Up Your Own House - FIRST!!!!
Listen to what Luke records about this teaching:
Luke 18:9-149And hespakethis parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others:10Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.11The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself,God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are,extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican.12I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess.13And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner.I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one thatexaltethhimself shall be abased; and he thathumblethhimself shall be exalted
Why this parable?Directed to those who trusted in themselves that they wereRighteous and Despised others. Self-righteous (Take heed brethren, Heb.3:12)Why do these people think they are better thanothers---They think they arerighteous and actually detest others!Remember: He thanked God that he was not like other men. In hisEyes, look what he did not do!!1.Extortion (cfblackmail)2. Unjust3. Adulterer4. Or even as this Publican!!
Now look at what he did!1. Fast twice a week2.Gavetithes of all that he possessed!Well, what is hisproblem?He needed to clean up his own housebefore judging the Publican! In his eyes,heneedednomercybecause of what a good person he was (as he saw it).

A man living with his father’s wife!ICor5:1:ff2 Cor. 2:6-10Sufficient to such a man is this punishment, which was inflicted of many.7So that contrariwiseye ought rather to forgive him, and comfort him, lest perhaps such a one should be swallowed up with overmuch sorrow.8Wherefore I beseech you that ye would confirm your love toward him.9For to this end also did I write, that I might know the proof of you, whether ye be obedient in all things.10To whom ye forgive any thing, I forgive also: for if I forgave any thing, to whom I forgave it, for your sakes forgave I it in the person of Christ;
