About Regents Park Institute
RPI is a think tank established with the sole purpose of
gaining an understanding why and how commercial firms, educational institutions, governments, and cause drivennon-profitssucceedin:
reaching their optimum performance potential
RPI’s Research Findings
Graduates of a typical business program have their diplomas,
but are they well prepared to add value to an organization.
It is safe to say-they are not.
RPI will help your organization to mitigate this problem.
Our practice starts where a typical business education ends.
We shorten the time for your employees to reach their full productivity.
The Bottom Line
Why Organizations Fail
The critical mass leading to catastrophic failures is reached by a combination of the following organizational inefficiencies:
Lack offorward-thinking
Structuralmisalignments and lack of individualaccountability
Insufficient level ofcritical resources
Culture offailure
Insufficientcompetenciesto make good decisions at all levels of the organization
Why Organizations Succeed
Preparation, Skill, Alignment, and Attitude !!!
RPI Difference
The key differentiator in our approach is a keen practical understanding of how to applydynamicandtime sensitivesystems thinking in analyzing issues concerning business performance.
In all of our research, we use advanced, proprietary “DecisionDefinedPerformance” software modeling tools to quickly recognize, quantify, and correct the impact of any substandard decision-making patterns.
RPI Difference
These sub-standard decision-making patterns interfere with the unobstructed flow of:
Information
Material
Skill
Funds
throughout an organization causing an extraordinary waste of resources, time, and unrealized profit potential.
How Are We Different?
All of our programs are characterized by:
Systems, not afunctional silosorientation
Factbased, notopiniondriven decision making
Predictive, notforensicanalytical methods
Practical,nottheoreticalfocus
Actionable, notdescriptiveoutcomes
Simplificationofcomplexitywithout losingintegrity
The quality of decisions should be built-in, not tested out!!!
